Every piece is made by hand and checked before dispatch. If something is still not right, here is how we fix it.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging.
Send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Once the return reaches our workshop and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Bank processing can add a few days.
Slight differences in grain, tone and finish are inherent to handcrafted work and are not treated as defects.
